This Refund Policy supplements the CineDZ Master Refund Policy.
Overview
Crew.CineDZ offers free and premium features for film crew professionals. This policy covers refunds for premium subscriptions and featured listings.
1. Free Services
The following services are completely free:
- Creating and maintaining a basic crew profile
- Browsing production opportunities
- Applying to crew calls
- Basic messaging with productions
2. Premium Subscriptions
2.1 Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellation within 7 days of purchase (monthly plans)
- Cancellation within 14 days of purchase (annual plans)
- Technical issues preventing access to premium features
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
2.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Cancellation after the refund window
- Significant usage of premium features before cancellation
- Account suspension due to terms violation
- Dissatisfaction with job/production results (not guaranteed)
3. Featured Profile Listings
- Refundable if listing not published due to technical error
- Refundable if cancelled before going live
- Non-refundable once published (even partially)
- No refund for lack of production interest (not guaranteed)
4. How to Request a Refund
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click "Request Refund" on the relevant purchase
- Or email billing@cinedz.com
- Include your account email and transaction ID
Response Time: We respond within 3-5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
- SATIM (CIB/Edahabia): Refund to original card within 7-14 business days
- CineDZ Credits: Option to receive as platform credits (instant)
6. Important Notice
No Job Guarantees: Premium features increase visibility but do not guarantee production bookings or job offers. Success depends on your experience, skills, and market demand.
